With over 39 years of service under her belt, Ms. Mary T. Vidas is a highly respected legal professional specializing in Matrimonial and Family Law of high network individuals with a specialty in the division of complex restricted stock units.

Having always displayed a keen eye for detail, Ms. Vidas remained focused during her studies, successfully attaining her Juris Doctor from Temple University. She is also attained certification from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers as an arbitrator.
Currently, Ms. Vidas works as a Partner at Blank Rome LLP, an Am Law 100 firm, where she specializes in Matrimonial and Family Law. Ms. Vidas is dedicated to providing the highest levels of care and compassion to her clients, representing them in cases concerning divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, pre-nuptial agreements and adoption, just to name a few.
As the former Chair for the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, Ms. Vidas has always been committed to furthering her knowledge as well as sharing her expertise with others. She continues to remain affiliated with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. In addition, she regularly provides lectures for a number of organizations including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Academy of Matrimonial Law, the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs (“PICPA”). Ms. Vidas is frequently sought out and retained in other states across the country to serve as an expert witness on Pennsylvania family law matters.
Ms. Vidas loves to apply her expertise to modern day challenges, with her recent lectures covering issues such as ‘The Impact of Social Media on Divorce Cases’, ‘Co-parenting Agreements’ and ‘How the new Tax Cuts and Jobs Act is impacting divorcing couples’. While maintaining a very busy schedule, she is able to dedicate twenty-five percent of her cases towards pro bono work per year in all areas of her specialty.
